PBPA Comments on Emergency Response Proposals Submitted to RRC

In response to the Railroad Commission of Texas (RRC) request for informal comments, PBPA submitted aggregated feedback on behalf of its members and stakeholders. We appreciate the opportunity to participate in this process and are grateful for the valuable input provided by our members. The RRC has indicated that it will review the submitted comments, confer internally, and provide updates as they become available.
